Transportation and Field Trips
Parents are responsible for transportation to and from my home.
Transportation for field trips will be provided by private cars or walking.
Children's medical release forms, a first aid kit and my first aid/CPR certification will be in the vehicle on all field trips.
Parents who volunteer on field trips will not have unsupervised access to the children (excluding their own child) unless they have been pre-qualified with a criminal background check.
I have 5 seat belts in my car. Everyone over 60 pounds/6 years old is buckled at all times. If your child is under 60 pounds/6 years old, please provide a car seat/booster seat on planned field trip days.
Examples of field trips include:
- Nearby park, walking only
- Other parks or venues in the area using a car
